Meat processing systems

Contributing to the automation and labor saving of the meat production line. We have commercialized an apparatus that contributes to the automation of feather bone separation, back bone removal, primary cutting process from the viewpoint of harmony between people and machines and labor saving. We also provide a number of the layout and engineering of meat production lines.

Feather bones separator

Feather bones separator

Feather bones are separated from the warm carcasses before cooling. Automatic measurement of body length for each head enables processing to cope with individual differences. The robot uses dedicated blades to "peel" the bone from the meat, providing customers with high yield when removing the back bone. The carcasses are then cooled with the feather bones peeled off, resulting in more efficient cooling.
